Grand Master Floyd Yoder
GM Floyd Yoder has been involved in the martial arts for over 45 years with various master and grand master rankings in several styles. He has been extremely fortunate and privileged to train with several exceptional martial artists in various respected martial art systems. GM Yoder remains forever indebted and thankful to them for their unselfishness to share their experience, wisdom, art, and passion.

GM Yoder retired from law enforcement after serving 32 years of professional and honorable service to his community and co-workers. He retired from the Hickory Police as a Lieutenant Commander on 01 August 2012 with 26 years of service. GM Yoder is a founding member of the Special Operations Team and remained on the team for over 25 years until the day of retirement with the last six as the commander. He maintains his affiliation with the Hickory Police Department as a reservist and mentor.
GM Yoder is the founder and president of Survival Tactical Concepts, Inc. that provides various tactical training to the civilian and law enforcement communities. He serves as a personal/professional safety consultant and develops programs specifically for the client's interests and objectives.
GM Yoder received a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice with honors from Appalachian State University. He served as the Special Operations Training Coordinator for the North Carolina Department of Justice assigned to the North Carolina Justice Academy. He managed, coordinated, and instructed the SWAT, Rapid Deployment Instructor Training, and Solo Officer Active Shooter Response programs. His curriculum established the standard for law enforcement officers in the State of North Carolina. He was promoted to training manager of the Investigations Center and most recently the training manager for the West Campus. He is currently the school director for the Specialized Explosives and Hazardous Material Instructor Training program and continues to manage the active shooter program as well as assisting with the SWAT program. Recently, he was certified as a use of force expert in Federal Court.

Master Anthony Stafford
Master Anthony Stafford is the Director of Training for Saeng Jeon Do. He has been consistently training in the martial arts for over 28 years while receiving several master rankings in various styles. Master Stafford is passionate about training and focuses on the technical aspect of the material while utilizing functional-based techniques.

Master Stafford has been an active law enforcement officer for over 24 years and currently a Lieutenant with the Catawba County Sheriffs Office and supervises the Criminal Investigations Division. He served on the S.T.A.R. (Special Tactics and Response) team for over ten years as a sniper and entry team member. Currently, he is the supervisor of Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Team. Also, he proudly served as member of the prestigious Honor Guard/Drill Team and competed in the annual Washington DC Police Week National Honor Guard Competition.
Master Stafford is also an adjunct instructor with the North Carolina Justice Academy where teaches Subject Control and Arrest Techniques, Officer Safety Readiness Training, and the Basic Hostage Negotiations program. Recently, he was appointed as a member to the Subject Control Arrest Techniques Committee that is responsible for the development, revision, and implementation of the defensive tactics program to all of the officers within the State of North Carolina.

Master Anthony Stafford and myself provide the day-to-day management of our Saeng Jeon Do organization. We are constantly examining methods to properly deliver functional-based training to our members while remaining on the cutting edge of development by consistently attending various training in seminars and other martial arts.
Grand Master Michael Logan
GM Michael Logan is an 9th Dan in Saeng Jeon Do and 9th Dan in Taekwon-Do with over 40 years of experience. He is the head master at Logans School of Taekwon-Do in Lenoir and Morganton, North Carolina with five black belt instructors and approximately 40 students. GM Logan retired from the U.S. Army Reserve with over 30 years of honorable and distinct service to our country. Recently, GM Logan retired from the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction with over 30 years of respectable service. He served as a senior trainer in the Office of Staff Development Training (OSDT) and was responsible for the defensive tactics program for all correctional officers within the state.
GM Logan continues to serve as a reserve deputy with the Burke County Sheriffs Office with over 25 years experience. Most importantly, GM Logan has dedicated his life to his family, church, and church members. He is often involved in various programs for the youth and community. GM Logan developed a security program for his church while also implementing a Taekwondo program for church and community members.
Grand Master Alan Seabock
GM Alan Seabock is an 8th Dan in Saeng Jeon Do, an 8th Dan in Iron Spirit Martial Arts, and an 8th Dan in Iaido. Also, he has been a member of the Heishin Bushido Kai Organization since 1994 and currently holds a 7th Dan ranking. GM Seabock also has a 5th Dan in Toyama Ryu and Hontai Yoshin Ryu with full instructor certification. He is extremely passionate about his love for the martial arts and serves as a mentor to many fellow martial artists around the world while providing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our students and organizations.
GM Seabock currently resides in Hawaii and is actor in his limited spare time and has had roles in the television series "Lost" and "Hawaii Five O." He has also had roles in the movies "50 First Dates", "Fantasy Island", "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", "Tears of the Sun", and "Soul Surfer."
Master Jeff Lindsay
Master Jeff Lindsay is a 6th Dan in Iron Spirit Martial Arts, 6th Dan in Saeng Jeon Do, and has over 35 years of various martial arts training. Master Lindsay is a full-time pastor and constantly serving his church, church members, and community members. He recently developed a personal safety program for his community and congregation that is receiving a great response as well as the development of a specific martial arts curriculum.
Professor Mike Bentley
Professor Mike Bentley is one of a small group of practitioners who have trained and received black belt certification from Professor Relson Gracie. Professor Gracie is one of the well-known Gracie brothers and recognized for his ability to teach sport jiujitsu and jiujitsu designed for combat. Professor Bentley, through his knowledge and experience along with his passion for the arts, has created a unique ability to impart his training in a professional manner that is easy to understand and retain. He also has a black belt in Taekwon-Do and an instructor certification in Muay Thai.
Master Bill McQuiston is a 3rd Dan in our Saeng Jeon Do organization with a distinguished and diverse list of martial arts and law enforcement defensive tactics training. He is a combatives instructor with various Krav Maga law enforcement instructor certifications and recently traveled to Israel for additional training. His background includes Aikido and other related martial arts. Also, he is a physical fitness trainer with over 30 years of experience. Currently, he is a defensive tactics instructor trainer for the North Carolina Department of Correction and teaches correctional officers of various assignments including the P.E.R.T. (Prison Emergency Response Team) on a weekly basis. Sensei McQuiston also has a SCAT (Subject Control Arrest and Techniques) instructor certification and frequently teaches in the B.L.E.T. (Basic Law Enforcement Training) program.
